Shipping & Returns

Free shipping is offered on any order over $100+

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. We will accept any returns within a 14 day period as long as the product remains sealed and unused.

Orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days after they are placed. A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. 

Customers are asked to pay for return shipping themselves. Extract Green will pay for return shipping if you receive an incorrect or damaged order. 

 

We do not ship internationally.
